We have walk-in opportunities all over Northern California, but specialize in fishing the East Carson, Little Truckee, Middle Fork of the American, North Fork Stanislaus, Putah Creek and Calaveras River. Looking for something a little more challenging? Ask about our remote (yet close) multi-day walk-in Sierra trips! LOVE BIG NASTY TROUT? Well I'm sure you've heard of the famed Lower Sac...right? Let us de-mystify this stretch of water for you. Feisty Rainbows inhabit this pristine stretch of water; Rainbow up to 5lbs not uncommon. If you are looking for something a little different, ask about Steelhead and Bass trips on the Mokelumne River, or wild trout on the Yuba. Shad anyone; the American River offers some of the best Shad fishing in the region.

WILD & SCENIC ALASKAN FLOAT TRIPS South Western Alaska is about as close to heaven as we can imagine. Inquire about one of our 8 day floats on the Kwethluk or Goodnews rivers. All five species of Salmon, Rainbow trout, Dolly Varden and Grayling keep the rods screaming and the arms tired. Trust us, this is the best of the best in Alaska fishing! Costs are based on a seven day, six night trip and are round trip from Dillingham. The trip includes expert fishing instruction and guiding, gourmet food and beverages, float plane and raft/boat transportation, tents, pads, and one drybag to use per person, in addition to the outstanding service. After booking with Stonefly Outfitters, you will be sent a checklist of what to bring on your trip. This will include a list of recommended flies, rods, reels and lines, equipment, a meal preferences form and a personal gear packing list. Most gear is proved, however we do encourage bringing whatever gear you feel comfortable with. We strongly recommend that you book early for these trips as they tend to fill up quickly, sometimes by the first of the year for the following season. Reservations and Refund Policy A 50% per person deposit is required to guarantee your spot. Final 50% due sixty days prior to trip date. 15% of total trip cost is non-refundable if cancelled more than sixty days prior to trip date. If cancellation is less than sixty days before trip date, 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable. Full payment is expected at time of booking for trips booked less than sixty days in advance of trip date. Stonefly Outfitters cannot be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to inclement weather, poor or unsafe river or landing strip conditions, airline/air taxi cancellations or delays, or last minute changes to fishing regulations by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Stonefly Outfitters reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance before coming on your trip.
